I was working overnight because I thought that I was behind on work, but no, in reality, I have done quite a lot of the time I just don't document it a lot of it in which gives me the impression that I haven't done anything when in reality I have

The question is why do I do that to myself?

It might be because I complete the work but I completely forget to document it, and then near the end of the project I remember all the work that I missed, also another reason why it might because I work quite meticulously which means I work quite slowly, and because I work slowly I get quite behind on work.

What to next time?

I should have a list of the work that I have missed so I can finish it later on.
